No particular order here:

1. Dracula - Legacy Collection
2. Frankenstein - Legacy Collection
3. The Wolf Man - Legacy Collection

I know you're a gorehound, and these have none whatsoever, but no collection should be without Universal's "Big Three". They're fairly cheap and each have at least 4 movies, plus oodles of bonus features.

4. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974)

You have two of the sequels, but not the original? For shame.

5. Re-Animator - Millenium Edition

Gore galore, lots of comedy and a damn cool plot, not to mention a sweet 2-dic set crammed with features.

6. The Evil Dead
7. Evil Dead 2

NO horror collection can go without these, especially a gorehound such as yourself. Lots of different DVD versions out there, all depends on your budget and how much you enjoy bonus stuff.

8. The Abominable Dr. Phibes / Dr. Phibes Rises Again - Midnit Movies Double Feature

One of my favourite horror movies, starring the master of the macabre - Vincent Price. Gory and really fun, plus the disc comes with the above-average sequel./

9. Basket Case

Low-budget gore masterpiece. Kind of hard to find on it's own, but you can get it in a fairly cheap set with "Return of the Swamp Thing", which isnt bad either.

10. Chilling Classics - 50 Movie Pack

Normally I'd recomend the "Horror Classics" pack instead, but being that you're more of a gorehound this would be more up your alley. Alot of the films arent great, but there's more than enough gems to make it well worth the purchase price (Less that $20!)

I could go on for hours man...especially if you wanted to branch out from horror. This should be a nice starting point for you though:)
