Ben Kingsley and Morgan freeman at the end of Luck Number Slevin... It wasnt enough to kill them horribly, he had to break them first. Brilliant. :)

It always disgusted me, but the GI getting his head ripped off in Day of the Dead, where his scream goes from normal to higher, to higher, then way over falcetto, then just fades out. :D
Dillon's death in Alien 3... "That all you fight motherfucker?!" as the alien rips him to pieces :) Charles S Dutton is definatyely one of my favorites as a supporting character, he brings something wonderful to the table.
