Tequila or french brandy, shoot it down...
A joint might help you relax.
Green tea, chew a little ginger. Have a salad with a non-cream dressing, maybe a peice of grilled white fish, a few lightly blanched carrots or beans, a couple of steamed potatoes..Eat it..no great excess of oil or butter on anything.
Fish is good after a bender...either way, the stuff might not immediately get you feeling better, but it's good simple food, and should have your body straightening itself out before too long. Cold water or orange juice to drink, stay away from caffeine. Sleep when you can...nothing much one can do with the rast of the day as a miracle cure.
