Here in LA it's illegal, but practically decriminalised. Everyone I know does it and no one gets busted for it. I had a cop take a joint from me during a street fair, but that's all he did... he took it from me and walked away shaking his head.

I looooove California in general.....compared to Georgia, this really is heaven on earth. Except for the lack of fireflies, spanish moss, sweet tea and greasy buffets.
I miss a good buffet that's NOT vegan.:(
