Quadrillion in US has 15 0's, British (logical) has 24 which is divisible by 4 which makes more sense because quad means 4.
Quintillion in US has 18 0's, British (logical) has 30 which is divisible by 5 which makes more sense because quint means 5.
Sextillion in US has 21 0's, British (logical) has 36 which is divisible by 6 which makes more sense because sex ;) (like sextuplet) means 6.
If you divide each of the amount of zero's by their corresponding number name, you get 6 each time because 6 zero's is the illion part. I dont know why US do it differently but at least it means you can be a billionaire in US a lot easier than most other places :p
