In no particular order, with the exception of #1.
1. The Descent -- It is hands down the best horror movie of the year. I know it was released in a lot of places in 2005, but 2006 was the wide-release for the U.S. (which is where I am).
2. The Hills Have Eyes
3. Hostel
4. Silent Hill
5. TCM -- The Beginning
6. Slither -- If we can put horror/comedy on the list.
