I don't really think this is a popularity contest, if we keep things into perspective. Think about it. It could let people know that we're not happy with their behaviour. Gives them a chance to change. So, if everyone keeps this as "constructive criticism" then they'll change. However, in the case of a very few members they might realize they're totally unwanted. Furthermore, it's not like we won't be able to detect ignorant bias.
I vote against Renob.

Although, I am curious as to what happens when a member reaches the negatives.
