If you're American:
I believe that the establishment clause in the Constitution: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" works both ways. So, if people want to put a nativity scene, Christmas tree, a Menorah, a Kwanza Misumaa Saba, Standing Stones wreathed in evergreen with mistletoe, let 'em. People should shut the fuck up, because it's a time for jolly, holly, "and other things that end in 'olly."
If you're not American, I hope that you don't have to deal with this kind of bullshit every year, because I believe that at least somewhere people should have really real freedom from stupidity.
