It's the VERY early 70's and I'm just a few years old. I am messing around one morning in front of the house, sitting on the driveway in the half-shade, and I have a small battery-powered transistor radio. Adjusting the tuner I come across a strange sound. Rock 'n' roll music! I've never heard it before, or if I did I never recognized it. But I recognize it now...I can tell it's that stuff they call "rock music"...and it sounds like evil! Electric guitars, this sound definitely has a sinister quality. Dark...but pretty at the same time.
