I don't care for Bay much myself, but Speilburg is producing it, so theres a possiblity of it being decient.
But like I've said several times, people are going to go watch this movie to finally see Prime and Megatron duke it out in live action.
But it won't be as great b/c Megatron looks nothing like he did in the cartoon.
