Its amazing what can be made out of scraps.

I have watched my aunts make so much out of left overs.

1st time i had ever tasted left over cold potatoes and left over sweet potatoes
mashed together..
cheese added..
rolled into balls..
rolled in bread crumbs and deep fried.
dipped in sour cream.

was NICE!!
