http://www.lulu.com/uk but there may be a US equivalent. It's a site for 'on demand printing'.... If someone's interested in your writing, they'll print a copy and send it out. It could be a good way of getting your work seen. You can upload any manuscript and cover art you want to have published free of charge then people order 'said' book through the webiste, they print it on demand and then take the printing/binding costs out of the selling cost and you pocket the rest.
