Yeah, we have HP sauce here...never quite looked into what it was, or what the HP stood for. there are tons of sauces i prefer .. and buy - now that i'm in a big city with a vast array of international cultures ..
there are several different chinese sauces that i love .. and need to stock up on .. hot and tasty.
HP sauce is like the think thats always in the fridge that'll do when I'm out of all the other stuff..
