there are some completely insane people out there though ...
they'll give you a negative for something they did wrong.

Bree recieved a threat from someone that if she left negative feedback, they would leave her negative feedback, just to be spiteful.
She reported them to eBay and Pay Pal and got them smacked pretty hard.
