Insidious... Bill should take a look at himself when he uses that word.

The clip is amusing until the end when he threatens to "stop" these film companies. With what? How? There is no evidence that these films cause people to hurt other people.

The so called psychotherapist damned her own argument by saying that the people who act out these films would already be deeply troubled as it is. So, who knows what kind of stimulus would set them off. Besides, not all people in the mental healthcare profession agree with her. I think that the decision that horror films are "bad" for people is based on a person's revulsion (an opinion) of the films, but if you had a therapist or doctor who, you know, sorta enjoyed a horror flick from time to time, they'd probably say that it was no biggy as long as you (and 90% of the people who watch them do) keep it in the "imaginary" perspective.

Besides, who is she to make a blanket statement about all horror fans. I don't really see many of us as people who desire this ultra sense of "power." We just enjoy the story, the characters, the gore (because gore is entertaining, and we know it's not real or that it's not happening to us or those we know), and what not. It's fantasy, and we know that. The only people that don't seem to know that are idiots like O'Reilly, and his guests. That's the scary part.

Crazy talk if you ask me.
