i would support my kids choice 100% no matter what he is/became/wanted to be.
if for some reason it became apparent he is gay - i would have a tiny initial dissapointment because of the missed opportinity to experience grandchildren - but that would be fleeting .. all we want for him is to be happy.
although this was never a 'gay' issue to begin with..
