Yeah you could say that . I read a book about this whack job years ago and another crazy thing about the case is how long it took the police to catch the freak. It took them something like a month even though he was doing all his crimes in a 2 mile radius of his apartment , he was walking around all day in broad day light with his shirt and pants covered in human blood, he ditched a victims car about 300 yards from where he lived and.... and... he had been going door to door BANGING on peoples doors pretending to sell magizines to try to gain entrance into homes, many people called and reported him and everytime the police showed up they never found him even though he was just a few blocks away doing the same thing!! WTF ????
