Very effective, a bit too yuccky for my tastes. Ive seen some nasty things in my time (my brother is a butcher and frequently has little 'accidents' with carving knives!) and in film, the usual zombie/slasher types but that does make me a wee bit queezy, maybe it's because it's close up. I saw the head shot and it looks realistic. :eek:
I know you can buy fake blood and all, but that's the best I've seen.
