Machines? No.
Games? Yes.

I have a whole assload of arcade games on M.A.M.E (multiple arcade machine emulator), and it's one of the better emulators I've ever used, runs damn near perfect.
I just love loading it up and playing stuff like bomberman world, cadiallacs and dinosaurs, the AD&D games, all the great oldskool fighters and beat em ups...damn just talking about it makes me wanna go load it up again.

Thing is....you can actually "make" yourself an arcade cabinet...If you run a pc with about pentium 3 inside it, and nothing but MAME and the games for it installed, it should run PERFECTLY. It's actually better, if you want a lot of games...a lot of official cabinets are only designed to be compatable with certain games due to certain circuitboards and the like being used...not with MAME, plays anything, just about.
There's a few ways. First of all you'll need the cabinet. You can design it yourself...only you know how it should look by your standards...but, wood, metal, and glass is pretty cheap. All you gotta do then is get the P3 and MAME with roms (talk to me if you have trouble finding 'em), get a nice big monitor ('cos it's arcade, you want a nice big screen), and chuck it into your frame.
Now, here's the other bit. You'll need a keyboard, in order to customise your controls. You can set them up to work with either a joystick, mouse, keyboard, or combination.
Other than that...there is always the option to rewire an existing arcade machine...but I really have NO idea on how to do that.

Alternatively, you can buy MAME cabinets, some including pc and games, some just the cabinet with monitor size specs...but, the peeps on ebay that tend to sell them make 'em a little bit pricey. Sure, you get a great product, but you can really do just as well yourself given the proper tools and creativity. I personally think it'd be a lot cooler, designing your own. But, if you don't have time for all that, just check out EBAY.
