Hey man...well, the good in this is that the worst is over...you don't have to be thinking about him in pain anymore, yeah?
Now you just gotta focus on y'self...take some time, yknow?
Suggestion? Hammer down a few drinks/bowls and think about the good times when you feel right to do it, and try to get some sleep if you feel overwhelmed.
Keep yourself healthy, make sure you eat right.
