Pretty sure that alot of shit gets deleted off alot of forums in general (not here obviously since people are up in arms about it). I am a (ahem) gentleman(ahem ahem) that has been banned, kicked, warned... for just about everything when it comes to posting in certain forum boards. All of the afformentioned line crossings were on "gamer" boards as I like my online vids a fair bunch. The funny thing about all this is the following:
1) there are alot more horror movies than online video games
2) there's not really a true "www.onlinegamers.com" webby that people who like playing online games would go to. I mean, I'm sure there is one, im not even gonna punch it into my browser I'm pretty sure the domain must be there, but people only talk about the games they like so that's why they generally go to game specific, and even more so, server specific sites to rant, bitch, give kudos, post screenshots, make photogalleries, have a good time, and basically shoot the shit when you aren't doing what the board is about ( here: watching horror movies; there: playing vids)
3) there is a horror.com we are on it and i think its a pretty kewl thing (maybe just cause im not banned yet or maybe cause i like y'alls company)
4) the gentleman (no ahems to this guy) who set this up is named horror. Rightfulley so, dude locked down prolly one of the best single word dot coms and has done an amazing job letting us be denizens of his dream. You gotta love this guy even if he doesnt come around much
5) Dude doesnt come around much, and, from what I understand, there was a time when he let the forums run themselves. This fact alone shows his general faith in horror fans, which might have been a lil too much faith, but they were, to my understanding, at one time , unpoliced/moderated/chaperoned.
6)They are moderated with good reason, i belive that, due to certain happenings in the past, there is a very good need for moderators. They keep you from getting banned (with warnings) they ban you (with good reason. hopefully ;) and they generally watch out for the well being of the site and the well being of the members, and i believe that all the mods here have done so, for the couple months ive been around at least, adamantly.
7) Moderators are not paid for their jobs. They do it because they love the site, they love what it stands for and that means they love all of us a little bit too. YOu don't ever get that kind of love or respect or anything from some bum you meet for the first time in real life. These people have already given us all the respect that some of us are so ready to demand from them.
8) It's 3 fuckin days til halloween. I dont give a shit about wether or not this is a month that classicaly sucks for you or that you embrace. This is a month of traffic where alot of lost souls remeber that horror was something they could count on to scare them as kids. Sure some people show up and say check out my movies at

BUt the fact remains that if you type in horror looking for you childhood scares the first person you run into nay be flayed, zwoti, urgeok, bloodrayne, bwind, austin, ___V___, or even, in unfortunate circumstances omc dave or alky ;)
Enough with the numbers. I actualy read through the thread that got deleted just before it was just that, deleted. Every second post or so had a reason that it should have been just that. These are people who it seems are being taking for granted. There's even a sticky that tells people not to attack others at the top of the general boards.... i have a hard time understand what this whole thing was about.... almost as hard a time as understanding how i got some many keystrokes in before i grabbed another beer.
All im saying is you guys should appreciate the leash you are given, it could be a shitfuckingwhackjobcuntofafuck shorter. F'realz.
