Deep Blue Sea...
I don't remember what the hell he said, but Sam Jackson was giving a rousing speech, really inspiring the rest of the survivors not to give up...and then WHOOSH a shark jumps out of the water and eats his ass. That's one of the funniest things I've ever seen and some great last words. They spoofed this a couple of times on Clerk's the animated series.
