Perhaps they overreacted a little, but fuck the guy. Killing a cop is bad enough, but attacking the dog is the final straw. Plus, execution style is just cold. I hope it hurt.
I really get a kick out of how unapologetic the swat guy was. "Damn, outta ammo!"
