I agree its not so good if the injury is real, but I do wonder if it is.

Triple H had a knee injury, that required surgery. He was off for nearlly a year, could hardly walk for around 8 months. Yet he made Blade Trinity? Which he is in the Special Edition through out.

With special effects now adays they could easy make an authentic looking leg operation.

I think he had a slight injury, but not as bad as made out.

I read a report about Kurt stormed out of the main office in foul mood.

I think he was asking for a lighter schedule, but the WWE wouldn't give him the time off.

ECW came about and it worked for a while, but I think he saw it as a step backwards and his contract expired leaving him to sign a contract.

Normally it is 90 days before they can either sign a contract or officially join another company, Christian Cage could only do this after his contract ran out.

So it does look like Kurt was out of contract.
