Samara isnt in Ringu, shes in the crappy american re-make. Sadako is the girl from Ringu ;)
I said Pinhead, reason being is all the others just want to kill you, some are even easy to get away from or beatable.
Pinhead however wants to torture you first, show you horrible things from hell, play with your mind and generally make your last moments before death as painful and horrible as possible...thats IF he kills you and doesnt decide to torture you for eternity.
