Porn actress faces rape, drug charges
A porn actress is facing criminal charges for allegedly seducing a 15-year-old El Sobrante boy, her attorney said Thursday.
Genevieve Elise Silva is facing charges of statutory rape and furnishing ecstasy and methamphetamine to a minor -- both felonies -- as well as a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, said her attorney, Ivan Golde of Oakland
Silva, who has appeared in at least 15 adult films, is accused of having a sexual relationship with a boy who attended high school with her brother. Police say the boy moved in with Silva in Richmond before she persuaded him last summer to move with her to Oklahoma.
The boy's family located him in October and sent him to a drug rehabilitation center. Silva was arrested Dec. 28 in Roosevelt, Okla., where she had been living with her mother. She agreed to be extradited to California.
Golde said he believed his client was "completely innocent because this is a case, basically, of who's telling the truth."
