Ive got all sorts of info now, but I can't find anything on Jiveass Video so maybe its not around anymore and Lowell Mason, the producer, is also some famous singing midget from 1897 or something, or maybe there are a bunch of famous people named Lowell Mason and one of them is a singing midget so Like any leads, let me know. If its this hard to find it would be neat to own,
