Damn... I think it was Fabian Cortez? Bastard who worked for Magneto and could amplify other mutant's powers to the point that they would fry themselves... Anyway, he cooked Psylocke once, then turned on Bishop i think, and just as he was about to overload and die, Psylocke nailed Fabian with her psychic blade,w hich was usually like a foot long, and was more like 4'. Damn near fried his brain. :)
