Just be sure to take plenty of rest for at least a week or two, dont lift anything heavy, and plenty of vegetables with a low carb diet. You should be fine in no time.
My Dad had one right after I was born, because he and my mom didnt want any more kids, and wanted to give me his full attention. They talked it over, and he got it done. He's doing fine till now, and running about everywhere preparing all sorts of shitass stuff for my wedding. Thats my old man alrite!
