Well, now that you mention PREMUTOS....I feel that Premutos is definitely one of those films a person should see at least once, because it's......ahem...."different." Maybe unique would be a better word.
I didn't think it was a good movie by any stretch, but by golly, it sure was insane, and probably was made by maniacs. Certainly the filmmakers were not people as you and I understand the term.
