If she is willing to leave you because her friend doesn't like you, then be careful, and extremely wary of her. I'm not saying you should give up on her. If anything, you should try to convince her that this "friend" is not truly her friend if she makes her choose between you or her. That is not fair, and it is not right. Her friend is playing a stupid, childish game with other people's feelings. That makes her a bad person.
If you have to, and you don't feel comfortable verbalizing this, then print this out and give it to your girlfriend.
