I've picked up all of the Universal Legacy sets, and I think Frankenstein gets the best treatment. Good commentaries on the original film and Bride, and I liked the documentaries.
Bride has an excellent combination of horror and comedy, and the score is brilliant, especially for its time. I can't think of a single flaw, really, though I'd like it if Universal dropped some serious money into restoring those first two films.
The sequels are entertaining enough, albeit in a much schlockier way. They're good Saturday afternoon fare, but they don't really compare to the first two films.
