Best makeup real or fake
I have to say for best (Real/fake) make would goto. John Merrick A.K.A The Elephant Man. This guy I belive had the most disfigure human body, than any fake makeup horror we talk about. nothing angiest the person. The Elephant Man had the worst figure of any horror monster of all time because it was real. I know we call it today Elephant man disease but since it was a movie why not talk about it.
