Zombie Holocaust is a lonely gem in amongst that those flicks.
Shit.... there's a couple of scenes in ZH that a worth watching 3 times! (Go outboard motor violence!!!) Pretty down trasher/zombie flick. Don't get put off by the going to the tropical island thing (I rolled my eyes when I saw it cause I'd been watching godawfull cannibal flicks all week :) )
Fucks me why they didn't keep the title Dr Butcher M.D it suits the film a whole lot more.
