Alrighty-then Quick version........
AFTER the first trimester go for it~ be sure that:
The artist has a portfolio abnd that you are happy with their previous work.
Be sure that new needles, barrels and ink caps are used. Everything else should be autoclaved,
Be careful, have fun and name the next one after urge!!!!!!
