No...The PM limit is set by the administrator...His could easily be UNlimited...
Sometimes he has ideas...Then he just lets them go...Staci Lane is his current reviewer, and he pays her, but she doesn't really 'do' the Japanese stuff, so he was obviously looking for someone else...HE would have paid for it, IF he hadn't let it go...

I had any contact with him was when he suggested creating a 'Political Forum' for nothing but politics, to keep all of the political threads out of the General Forum...We discussed it with him in the Moderator's Forum...That was 7-25-2004...We posted that we liked the idea...Discussed how it should be...Then requested a color/background change for the forum (I suggested black and red...heh)....BUT...He never responded...And we never heard from him again...Well...
