Perhaps our definition of discussion differs. I (and I feel safe speaking for quite a few other people here) see a discussion as an exchanging of detailed points of view on topics.

These don't seem like discussions to me. They seem like someone coming to a horror forum and trashing on what a lot of horror freaks hold dear as some of the greatest horror movies of all time.
Why don't you like 'The Shining'? Acting? Unoriginal story? Bad directorial style? It's hard for us to have a discussion or let you know our honest opinions about Candyman when your 'discussion' of it is that it 'STINKS.'
I loved Candyman for several reasons. I thought the story was a cool twist on the old Bloody Mary legend. The blood/gore was ample. I thought Tony Todd was excellent. Why didn't you like it? All that saying 'STINKS' tells me is perhaps the Blockbuster copy you rented had been urinated on by the previous renters pet Mexican Hairless.
