There's actually a couple of sequels if I'm not mistaken. And there's Scanners Cop or some such thing, but I'm not sure if it has anything to do with Scanners or not. I can say, however, that I've seen Scanners 2... and, no, in my very humble opinion it is NOT worth hunting down.
