Many many thanks to all! It is hard to believe another year has passed and my arteries are a little more clogged, hair a little thinner, and 'member' a little more flacid.
The good news is for my birthday I think I got - - - a hernia. That's right! Lifting weights on Monday in the gym, pushed it a bit, and have had the distinct feeling that someone keeps kicking me in the nads ever since. Going to the doctor tomorrow to find out if I have really hurt myself.
