Personally I think best buy sucks, not only is the horror section here not worth a shit, the service department sucks as well, and not just from my own personal experiences with them, also have a few friends that have had problems with their service dept...
Now Media Play on the other hand was fucking awesome, best place to buy dvd's ever, and they closed down :mad:
Personally though I prefer ebay to just about anything, can't tell you how many great deals I've gotten on dvd's and I own getting close to 2000 dvd's now...
