Black Christmas for sure!
It doesn't get anywhere near the credit Halloween does for spawning the slasher genre but it came out a full 4 years before Halloween and actually looks like it probably played a pretty heavy influence (whether credited or uncredited, I don't know) in John Carpenter's directing style. Excellent slasher film, and one of the TRUE pioneers of the genre.
