Average state motor fuel tax-21.2 cents per gallon
11 states nationwide levy additional state sales and other taxes.
Plus you can also add local county and city taxes which vary by area.
Average profit per gallon for the fuel company- 7.3 cents per gallon.
OOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH those evil oil companies.
Seems we are barking up the wrong tree folks. When was the last time you heard a politcian say anything about eliminating the fuel tax.

All I hear is a bunch of dopes demonizing the oil companies when they should be the ones who are demonized.
