i stopped smoking cigs and weed in lets say about august...sober since then...
hey heres a thought...for all of us addicts out there (for cigs)...
smoking cigarettes is just breathing in smoke in deep relaxing breathes...when your stressed try just taking deep breathes...this time with out the cig...hmmm doesnt it seem alot smarter then you wont have to blaim your dirty habits on stress or being angry...just a thought...
