Well well well...I have no idea. However: there was an episode of Buffy where Willow does this weird magic shit and everytime she wishes for something it comes true....
also: there is Carrie which is sort of like that at the beginning. she's pissed, for example, at a little kid on the bike and he falls...all that stuff...but you probably would remember that. Well...let me know if you ever find out.
