Well, that was sort of a joke, because there actually isn't an Armando Creeper movie, to my knowledge. (Anyone who can succinctly and unemotionally sum up for me WHO Armando Creeper is wins a virtual no-prize.)
If I were to guess, I would guess that it is from "Return of the Living Dead Part 2," only because they had a lot of background zombies, and most of them were reasonably-decent prosthetic makeups. That guy could've been lurking in the background.
