I don't really count Troma films since they seem to purposely shoot for that catagory.
Pieces is definitely my pick. I'm pretty sure it was meant to be taken seriously (although the scene with the kung-fu guy makes me wonder), but the leaps in logic are just ridiculous... like the killer stepping onto the elevator with a girl and her not noticing he's holding a full size chainsaw behind his back. \:-| It's baaad... and yet I love it, so...
I finally saw House of the Dead last night. It was just bad. X-(
