First of all ...his ip can be traced..
even if hes trying to use a bouncer..he can be traced.
Get his nick banned.
2ndly...report him to the proper authorities....if she won't..then you do it.
Find out for real of he is an actual child rapist/rapist..etc.
Making unwarranted accusations on pure hear say is a criminal offence in itself.
Make sure for certain that the g/freind is not playing damsel in distress for attention sakes.
This is pretty serious crap..
