Fast food is evil, and I avoid it when I can. Seriously, if people knew how what kinds of rotten things that shit does to your body, all those places would go out of business. One of McDonald's salads has the same amount of fat as a Big Mac. (I think... It's close anyway).

I guess, if I have to, I'll take a veggie sub. I'm not a vegetarian, but a veggie sub makes up (a little bit) for eating fast food.

What the fuck is Panda Express. I mean I realize that it's a Chinese restaurant, but as a fast food place? What do you get? Moo goo gai pan burgers and won-ton fries? Here in the South, I've never heard of it.
