okay, so I'm trying to find the name of this movie. It was a good wee while back, all I can remember is the main character is a detective (a bloke), and he's trying to find a man who is kidnapping girls and 'locking them in'. Meaning he does whatever to them so all they can move are their eyes, but they are fully conscious, just paralysed.
Then one of the girls was in hospital, and the detective showed her pictures of various men, asking her to blink yes or no, when he got to the right one, her eyes went crazy and I think she wet herself or had an epi... something along those lines.
I also remember that the bad guy lived with his mum, and kept the girls in the basement.
That last bit probably doesn't narrow it down, but hopefully the "locking in" thing rings a bell.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

p.s. I've been told it was an episode of CSI, but I'm positive it wasnt. Definetly a movie.
