I get pissed off at some of my fellow college folk.
There's the guys that don't take it seriously at all...I mean, I goof off and generally have a few laughs up in there, but there's the right time, and the wrong time...a time when you've got a spare minute or two to fuck around with, as opposed to talking over information vital to our next task. There's a line to be drawn and some people stumble far over that every day. Well, it's only a couple of guys to be honest, and it's looking like if they don't learn to shut the fuck up they're getting asked to leave, so the problem MAY have solved itself.
As well as that, believe it or not, these same two fuckers...come into the class, and they STINK of b.o, every day...and no, not just like a bit superheated by the end of the day in the kitchens in hot chef gear, I'm talking about half an hour into starting time...I actually think they hang out and work with eachother (they didn't know eachother prior to starting this year) because they're both aware of the problem, and think the other won't have any grounds to complain about it. Fuckin' hell, I mean, it's a basic rule of the hospitality industry...can you imagine being served food by someone that REEKS of b.o? I mean...one of them is pretty damn fat, and therefore probably sweats some more...but still, I'm a pretty big guy, and I never have this problem past the point of having to use a little spray-on after I change. It's like these guys don't even know deodorant exists. The other day, I actually had to run a stocktake operation in the coolroom with these two guys, and then and there I decided this shit was seriously fucked, and not a problem that looked like fixing itself.
Nevertheless, there's been a report lodged (spal) with the head chef about it, who's gonna be addressing the class. I'll like to see their reaction at the tim.
